WATCHDOGPROOF™ can assist with a variety of claims, including online slander, unauthorized charges, intentional bad reviews, and more. It all begins with you filling out a claim submission form in the client portal. This will give you the opportunity to provide our investigators with a detailed explanation of your claim as well as provide any and all supplemental evidence to support your claim.

Upon receiving your claim submission report, our investigators will research and communicate with all necessary parties, depending on the type of claim and each individual claim needs. This can include analyzing online posted comments, researching your evidence, reaching out to all appropriate parties etc.

When the investigation has been completed, our investigators will review their findings with you and then issue you an official report outlining the conclusions drawn from the investigations.

After you receive an official report from our investigators, you may decide how you’d like to further proceed and take action. You may decide to have us post your issued official findings report in order to combat or counter other postings. We can also offer you a legally sworn investigator affidavit for legal or court proceedings.
