Who is WATCHDOGPROOF?
Technical and online Investigators. We follow up bad claims and postings of our clients and provide our findings and with our client’s permission, post online the results whether a company or Individual. We do not engage in banter or conflict, just the actual events that took place.
What do we do?
Investigate false claims posted online by Individuals or Incase of Businesses who are bashed unfairly. We will verify false claims. We also investigate intentional bad reviews of Businesses, where the posted review is intended to cause bad publicity and harm to revenue. We also investigate Businesses that make unauthorized withdrawals from your account or charge your account for services not received or discontinued services.
What is the process?
After choosing your desired service, you will be directed to the client portal. In the client portal, you will fill out our easy-to-use claim form with basic information as well as your claim. This is also where you’ll upload any relative documents, photos or evidence relative to your case. After submitting the form, you will checkout your selected service in the cart to complete your claim submission.
What is the progress after submitting?
After receiving your claim, we will review it for any missing information we may need in order to move forward. We will assign one of our investigators to your case and you will receive status updates as they progress with your case. Upon completion with your case, you will be furnished with our investigation report and our findings. Based on this report, you can choose whether you would like our report posted to our website that refutes counterparts’ slander or claim. (Additional fee for posting.)
Can WATCHDOGPROOF remove slander postings?
We do not remove slander postings. After conducting our investigation, we provide you with the option to post your complaint investigation report to our website, to be found underneath public case reports.
Why is posting my report better than removing postings?
Removing slander postings is a temporary solution, once a bad review is up, it will leave a lasting impression on those who see it. We seek to provide a more permanent solution through providing the option to post our investigation, which can refute slander postings and serve as a credible reference point to the truth as supplemented by the investigation.
